So – there has been much going on here lately – we were all struck down by illness last week, which meant the long-awaited royal wedding bash didn’t happen and I watched it from underneath a blanket on the sofa, drinking diluted lemonade instead of champagne. Oh well. Did you have a party? Go on, make me envious. In the meantime, here’s my new favourite princess…

This weekend I finally finished a work marathon (well, sort of – I feel like I’ve been taken off the course in an ambulance, but most of the hard yards have been done), made two batches of vegan muffins, got called ‘senorita’ by an enchilada-making Mexican and dined at a frightfully posh French restaurant (courtesy of my visiting in-laws). Oh, and we have been laughing ourselves silly at this…
